A former Senior VP of Advertising Strategy for the publisher of the progressive website Daily Kos is suing the organization, alleging that they knowingly did not comply with privacy laws under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The former employee also alleges that the company did not pay him tens of thousands of dollars in wages.
